The IAA contemplates that the River Disi~rrict would prosecute and obtain the appropriate water ngbts for. the reservoir enlargement project. The enlargement project will increase tlye storage capacity of the existing regeTVOir by 13,000 acre feet for a total capacity of 26,800 acre feet. Ibis Application does not concern the water rights presently decayed for storage at the existing Elkltead CSC Reservoir. Those existing water storage rights may continue to be exercised as decreed, subject to a~ agrcements binding upon the exercise of those rights a~ the operation of Elkhead Creels Reservoir. B.
