The ~fiater Referee of Water Division No. 6 rereferred the Application to the Water Judge in Water Division No. 6 on .fuse 23, 2003, because the hater Referee is an employee of the Applic~#, the Colorado River Water Conservation District and its Colorado River Waxer Projecxs Fadprise. By Order dated September 5, 2003, the Water 3udge clarified that be would act as the water referee in this matter until the matter is set for trial or a party f les a formal notice of inte~a# to protest an adverse ruling. The Applicant and the only Objector in this case have reached an agreement resolving the Objector's concerns. The Water Judge therefore considers it appropriate at this time to act on this rnaxtet as the Water Judge ar~d enter a final decree.
