I. Amendments. Except as provided herein, no amendment, modification, or
novation of this Amended and Restated Agreement or its provisions and
implementation shall be effective unless documented in writing which is approved
and executed by all Parties with the same formality as they have approved and
executed this Amended and Restated Agreement.
J. Counterparts. This Amended and Restated Agreement may be executed in
separate original counterparts each of which shall constitute an original but all of
which shall constitute one and the same document.
