This Amended and Restated Agreement is made and <br />performed in Colorado. The laws of the State of Colorado shall be applied in the <br />interpretation, execution, and enforcement of this Amended and Restated <br />Agreement. The Parties agree that the trial of any action arising out of any <br />dispute hereunder shall be in the District Court in and for the County of Moffat, <br />Colorado. <br />G. Severability. If any term of this Amended and Restated Agreement is held by a <br />court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, then this Amended <br />and Restated Agreement, including all of the remaining terms, will remain in full <br />force and effect as if such invalid or unenforceable term had never been included. <br />H. ?~TOtices.
