How much funding are you requesting? $ 133,SSS.OO <br />Part C - Pro3ect Sponsor Financial Information <br />The principal sponsor will be the San Luis Valley Irrigation District, the owner and <br />operator of Rio Grande Reservoir. The District's two most recent financial reports <br />are enclosed with this application. <br />2. Provide a brief narrative description of potential sources of funding (in addition to the <br />CWCB) which have been explored or which will be explored for the proposed project <br />or study. <br />The District is reviewing its own financial situation to deteamine whether it has funds <br />available for the proposed study. The District also has requested financial support <br />from other governmental and water user organizations that may benefit:. from an <br />enlargement of the Reservoir and the re-regulation of the water supply. As of the <br />date the application is filed, the District has not received any response fi am those <br />entities; however, the District anticipates filing responses with the CWCB before the <br />end of October, 2005. . <br />.,~ <br />
