Preliminary Implementation Schedule <br />December 28, 2009 Permits obtained from State of Colorado by Bureau of <br />Management <br />January 1, 2008 Engineered drawings, if needed, completed. <br />Rights of Way obtained from Bureau of Land Management <br />January 4, 2009 Project is put out for bids <br />February 4, 2009 Bid opening and awarding of contract <br />February 6, 2009 Excavator clears debris and brush off a parcel of land to be <br />used as a 150" x 200" drilling pad, as per attached <br />drawing. Discharge/disposal location for drilling cuttings <br />will be established on site. <br />February 6, 2009 Down payment (10%) paid to drilling company by Park <br />Center. <br />February 15, 2009 Equipment begins mobilization to the site. <br />February 22, 2009 Drilling begins, 200 feet or less from existing well. <br />March 1, 2009 Funds available from CWCB <br />March 15, 2008 Progress billing paid to drilling company when project is <br />50% complete <br />March 26, 2009 Drilling completed. New well casing is cemented. <br />Demobilization begins. <br />March 30, 2009 Final payment made to drilling company, minus 3% <br />retention for 30 days. <br />Impacts <br />Because we are virtually using the same site as the old well, the project should have no <br />impact on local and/or regional plans, land use, economic development, or any other <br />social or economic or environmental effects. <br />
