AMENDED AND RESTA TED <br />DECLARATION OF CO i�ENANTS, CONDITIONS, AND RESTRICTIONS <br />FOR <br />THE KENOSHA TROUT CLUB <br />THIS AIVIENDED AND RESTATED DECLARATION is made on the date hereinafter set <br />forth by The Kenosha Trout Club, a Colorado nonprofit corporation (the "Club"). <br />RECITALS <br />1. The owners of lots within the Lininger Lake Subdivision located in Park County, <br />Colorado more particulaxIy described as: <br />All lots set forth in the amended 1VIap of Lininger Lake, a Subdivision <br />of NW 1/4 of Section 16 and S1/2 SW1/4 of Section 9, Township 7 <br />South, Range 75 West of the 6`'' P.M., as filed in the office of the <br />Clerk and Recorder for Park County, Colorado on August 7, 1941 <br />("Real Estate") are subject to the Declaration and Establishment of Conditions, Reservations, <br />Restrictions and Privileges for Lininger Lake, Park County, State of Colorado, as recorded in the real <br />property records of Park County, Colorado at Reception No. 210375, Book 241, Page 708, on <br />February 27, 1975 (the "Original Declaration"); <br />2. The Owners within the Kenosha Trout Club desire to amend and restate this Original <br />Declaration; and <br />3. All of the owners of Lots within the Kenosha Trout Club have consented to the <br />amendment and restatement of the Original Declaration; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, effective this 27` day of April, 2000, all covenants, conditions, <br />reservations, and restrictions effecting the Real Estate are consolidated, amended, and restated as <br />follows: <br />ARTICLE 1 <br />DEFINITIONS <br />Each term in this Declaration shall have the meaning specified or used in the Act, unless. <br />otherwise defined in this declaration.
