(b) An account for each Owner showing any other fees payable by the Owner; <br />(c) The most recent regularly prepared balance sheet and income and expense <br />statement, if any, of the Club; <br />(d) The current operatin� budget; <br />(e) A recorci of any unsatisfied judgments against the Club and the existence <br />of any pending suits in which the Club is a defendant; <br />( fl A record of insurance coverage provided for the benefit of Owners and the <br />Club; <br />(g) Tax returns for state and federal income taxa�ion; <br />(h) Minutes of proceedings of ineetings of the Owners, ?�irectors, committees <br />of Directors and waivers of notice; and <br />(i) A copy of the most current versions of the Declaration, Articles of <br />Incorporation, Bylaws, rules and resolutions of the Board, along with their exhibits and <br />schedules. <br />Section 10.2 Examination. The books, records and papers of the Club shall at all times, <br />during normal business hours and after reasonable notice, be subject to inspection and copying <br />by any Member, at their expense, for any proper purpose, except documents determined by the <br />Board to be confidential pursuant to a written policy. The Board of Directors or the manager <br />shall determine reasonable fees for copying. <br />ARTICLE 11. RULES AND REGULATIONS <br />All rules and regulations proposed by the Board of Directors shall be approved by a vote <br />of the Voting Members representing at least.a majorit� of all of the Lots within the Club. All �.,_« �= � <br />proposed rules and regulations which have Geen approved by the Voting Members shall become <br />effective thirty (30) days after mailing of the rules and regulations to all Members, regardless of <br />designation as a Voting or Non-Voting Member. Rules and regulations of the Club shall be set <br />forth in a caretaker's manual or book of rules as determined by the Board of Directors. <br />ARTICLE 12. A1�IENDMENTS <br />Section 12.1 Bvlaw Amendments. These Bylaws may be amended by at least sixty- <br />seven percent (67%) of the total votes within the Club (1 vote per Lot) at a meeting called for <br />that purpose. Further, an Amendment may also be made by mail in lieu of a meeting by returned <br />ballots comprised of affirmative votes of the Voting Members representing at least sixty-seven <br />percent (67%) of all of Lots within the Club (1 vote per Lot). Any amendment which has been <br />approved by the membership shall become effective thirty (30) days after mailing of the <br />Amendment to all Members, regardless of designation as a Voting or Non-Voting Member. <br />.- <br />13 W:\CL[EN71ICenosha Trout C1ub�Bylaws.
