herein, the Contractor will be paid an amount which bears the same ratio to the <br />total compensation as the services actually performed bear to the total services of <br />the Contractor covered by this Contract. <br />O. Proprietary Ri is <br />The Contractor agrees to and does hereby grant to all State agencies, political subdivisions of <br />the State and the United States Government irrevocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable and <br />royalty-free license to use, according to law, any material or article and use any method that <br />may be developed as a part of the work under this Contract. The Contractor shall be <br />permitted to use, according to law, any material or article and use any method that may be <br />developed as a part of the work under this Contract elsewhere in connection with work for <br />any other political subdivision of the State, as well as the United States Government. <br />P. Permits and Licenses <br />The Contractor shall procure all pemuts and licenses, pay all chazges, fees and taxes and <br />incidentals that maybe required for the lawful prosecution of the work. <br />Q. Waiver <br />Any waiver by any party hereto with regard to any of its rights hereunder shall be in writing <br />and shall not constitute or act as a waiver to any future rights which such party might have <br />hereunder. <br />R Access to Documents <br />Subject to the provisions of the Colorado Open Records Act, sections 24-71-101 et seq., CRS, <br />the Contractor shall be entitled to the full cooperation of the State with regard to access to <br />existing documents in the possession of or under the control of the agency that may be <br />reasonably required for the lawful prosecution of the contract. <br />Page 6 of 9 <br />
