If notice is so given, this Contract shall terminate <br />on the expiration of the thirty days, and the liability of the parties hereunder for further <br />performance of the terms of this contract shall thereupon cease, but the parties hall The <br />State shall have the right to terminate this contract for convenience by giving the not be <br />released from the duty to perform their obligations up to the date of termination. <br />The State may, by written notice to the Contractor, terminate the right of the Contractor to <br />proceed with this Contract if: <br />1. The services of the Contractor, in the judgment of the State, aze unsatisfactory or <br />because of the Contractor's failure to prosecute the work with diligence or within <br />the time limits specified.
