Certifica~tion of topographic da.ta by the American Society for Pfl~otogrammetry and Retrnote Sensing is also acceptable. Activity 6(Hydmlogic Analyses). Activity 8(Hydranlic Analyses), Activity 10 (Floodplain Mappin~ Detailed Riverine or Coastal Analysis), Activity l0A (Floodplain Mapping {I2edelineation Using Ef~ective Flood Profiles ~nd Updated Topographic Data}), and Activity . lOB (Floodplain Mapping {Refinement or Creation of Zone A}) • A Registered Professional Engineer shall certify hydrologic and hydraulic analyses and data in accordance with 44 CFR 65.6( fl; • A Registered Professional Engineer or Licensed Land Surveyor shall certify topographic information in accordance with 44 CFR 65.5(c); and • Any levee systems to be accredited wiill be certified in accordance with 44 CFR 65.1 m(e). Activity 12 (Base Map Acquisition and ;Preparation) • A community official or responsible p~ariy shall provide written certification that the digital data meet FEMA minimurm standards and ;~pecifications. • The responsible Mapping Partner shall provide documentation that the digital base map can be used by FEMA.
