• Activity 14 - DFIRM Production (Me~rging Revised and Non-Revised Infou~mation) Responsible Mappin~~Partner: CWCB Sco e: Upon completion of the floodplain mapping aativities for the revised areas which include those areas included in the Dolores Valley Restudy a~d the ~City of Cortez's restudy efforts, CWCB shall merge the digital floodplain data into the single, updated DFIRM. This work includes the tie-in of flood hazard information for areas that were not studied as ~rart of t--e Flood Map Project documented in this MAS. CWCB also shall tie in the revised and non-revised Fl~ood Profiles, floodplain boundaries, and regulatory floodway boundaries with con~iguous commun~ities that were not studied as part of the Flood Map Project documented in this MAS. CWCB shall coordinate with FEMA and those Mapping Parhiers responsible for Activities 10, 10A, IOB, and 13, as necessa~ry, to rusolve any potential tie-in issues. The ar~eas to be incorporated into the DFIRM~include,~ # Dolores River (~SAC~ study) from the western end of the Town of Dolores to the confluence with Priest C'rulch, approzimately 28 miles, ~k West Dolores River (USACE study) fr~~m the c:onfluence with Dolores River to the northern county boundary, approximately 3 miles, ~k Priest Gulch (IISACE study) from the confluence with Dolores River to the northern counry ~ boundary, approximaPely 3 miles, # Cornett Heights Tributary to Hartmcm~ Draw (Cortez study) from the corporate limits to the end, approximately 0.5 mile, ~k South-Central Tributcary to McElmo (t~ortez s~tudy) from the corporate limits to the errd, approximately 1 mide, # Carpenter Wash Tributary to Hartma~7 Draw AKA McElmo Creek Tributary 12.2 (Cortez study) from the corporate li~reits to the enal, qpproxir~nately 2 miles, ~k Glade Draw Tributary AKA McElmo ~Creek Tributary 11 (Cortez study), from the corporate limits to the end, approximatelyl.5 miles, an~t, ~k Denny Lake AKA Mc~lmo Creek Tributary 7(Cortez study) within the carporate limits, approximately O.S mile. Standards: All work under Activity 14 shall be perfo~rmed in accordance with the standards specified in Section 5 of this MAS. Deliverables: In accordance with the TSDN iformat described in described in Appendiac M o~Cruidelines and Spec~cations for Flood I~azard Mappin8~ PartnErs, CWCB shall make the following products available to FEMA: • Digital work maps showing the 1- and 0.2-percent-annual-chance floodplain boundary delinearions, regulatory floodway boumdary clelineations, cross sections, BFEs, flood insurance • risk zone labels, and all applicable ba>e map features; Mapping Activity Statement No. 11: Montezuma County} Colorado Water Conservation Board
