FEMA requirements as documented in Guidelin,es and Specifications for Flood Hazard Mapping <br />` Pcav~tners. ~ <br />If automated H&~-I is used, CWCB also shall c~evelop topographic maps and/or Digital Elevation Models <br />for the subject flooding sources using the data c~llectecB under Activities 3 and 4. In addition, CWCB <br />shall adciress ail concerns or questions regarding Activity 4 that are idenfified by FEMA/N5P during the <br />independent QA/QC review under Activity 5. <br />Standards: All work under Activity 4 shall be performed in accordance with the standards specified in <br />Sec~ion 5 of this MAS. <br />Deliverable: Upon completion of tapographic data collection and processing for the flooding sources <br />listed in Table 1-1, CWCB shall submit these d~ta to FEMA/NSP for an independent QA/QC review <br />under A.ctivity 5. CWCB shall submit the data for the remaining flooding sources for a final QA/QC <br />revnew at the completion mf this activi~ty. In aca~rdance with the TSDN format described in described in <br />Appendiac M of Guidelines and Specifications f~vr Flood Hazard Mapping Partners, CWCB shall make <br />the foll~wing products available to FEMA: <br />• Hardcopy topographic maps; <br />• DQCUmentation of inethodolagy and results; <br />• Mass points and breaklines data on. CD-R4M; <br />• Digatal work ~naps with contours; <br />• Checkpoint amalyses to assess the accuracy of data, ia~cluding Root Mean Square Error <br />• calculations to support vertical accuracy; <br />• Identification of remote-sensing data voids and methods used to supplement data voids; <br />• National Geodetic Survey (NGS) data sheets for Network Contro~ Points used to control <br />remote- sensing and ground surv~ys; and <br />• Meta.data conapliant with Federa~ (seographic Data Committee standards; and <br />• NSP Fonmat Terrain Database or Intermediate Data Delivery consistent with the IoTSP Data <br />Capture Stanalards. <br />Appen~dix N may be dowmloaded from the FEl'vIA Flood Hazard Mapping Web site a~ <br />h~://dr~ww.fem~.g~ov/pdb/fnm/frm, ~san~.p~:f. <br />Activity ~- Independent 1~A/(~C Review of Topographic Data <br />Re~~nsible Mapping~Partner: FEMA/NSP <br />Sco e: FEMA/NSP shall review the mapping data generated by CWCB under Activity 4 to ensure that <br />these ciata are consistent with FEMA standards and standazd engineering practice and are sufficient to <br />prepaze the D~~RM. <br />This review will be performed in a timely mcmner so as to eliminate impact to the project schedule. <br />Stand~~rds: All work undler Activity 5 shall be; perfor~ed in aceordance with the standards specified in <br />• Section 5 of this MAS. <br />Mapping Activity Statement No. 1 Q: Montezuima Cotinty} 16 <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board <br />
