~ Data collection will include obtaining the best available base map materials (corporate limits, roads, <br />orthophotos, etc) along with stream centerline files. <br />Standards: All work under Activity 1 shall be performed in accordance with the standards specified in <br />Section 5 of this MAS. <br />Deliverables: PBS&J shall make the followin~; products available to PEMA: <br />• Copies of all digital files obtained and lists of files that rnrnay be available at a later date; <br />• Summary of the Community's needs <br />Activifiy 2 - Sco~in~ <br />Task 2-1 Pu~oject Managememt Team participation <br />Responsible 1V~ap~ing Partner: FEMA and CWCB <br />Scope: In cooperation with the FEMA R~~gion, a Project Management Team will be established <br />consisting of CWCB, FEMA's regional engin.eer, PBS&J, Larimer County and Incorporated Areas, and <br />other appropriate officials. The Project Management Team will be responsible for coordinating the <br />activities of this project and completing all taslcs identified irn this Statement of Work. <br />The composition of the Project Team will be; based on the needs of the project. The selected Project <br />Team members will consist of the Project Iv[anagement Tea~ plus other mapping partners and NFIP <br />~ stakeholders whose collective capabilities vvill provide a~l the necessary resources to successfully <br />complete the Flood Map Project. <br />St~ndards: All work under Activity 2 shall be performed in accordance with the standards specified in <br />Section 5 of this MAS. <br />Deliverables: <br />• A document listing the project management team along with their full contact information. <br />Appendix I may be downloaded from the FEMA Flood Hazard Mapping Web site at <br />---:~~'.}_tiu'!'t. ~.i. .frCy)Y~;Ci~i'_'/" %SP.:.JC_ <br />Task 2-2 Initial Community Conta~t <br />Responsible Mapping Partner: FEMA and CWCB <br />Scope: Coordinate with the F~MA Regional Project Officer to contact Larimer County and Incorporated <br />Areas and notify them that FEMA and CWCE~ has selected them for a map update, and that they will be <br />working with the communities to develop the ~~roject scope. Topics to be reviewed with the communities <br />include: <br />• Purpose of the Flood Map Project (i.e.;, the update needs ~hat have pmmpted the map update); <br />~ • The community's perception of its mapping needs; <br />~Vlapping Ac~ivity Statement No. 7 <br />Coloraclo Water Conservation ~oard 4 <br />
