However, the Board al so believes that they can make the best <br />use of the water in their own delivery system and can provide tools to help their <br />customers decide how to use their water. <br />The water conservation measur es that the District intends to implement will result in an <br />efficient system, fair water rates and plenty of information for customers to evaluate <br />their own water use. The District intends to pursue grants for implementing some of <br />these measures, which are shown in Table 3. <br />
