Agreements: LSPWCD: hold water right 80% credits; landowner: 20% of credits; SPWRAP: <br />water for PR program; Non Man's Land: 20% of the 80% irrigation <br />DU: Ducks! <br />Water: Lower South Platte filed for 10 cfs (total credits: 930acft/year) <br />Irrigation plans: 500 acft/year; Platte River Program: 236acft/year <br />Amortized over 30 years: $14acft/yr <br />Additional O&M: $22/acft/yr <br />Seven Projects: 6300 acft of water over these 7 projects. <br />SWSL LSP Counties: Need for 8,900 <br />PRRIP: 10,000-17,000 acft <br />What are these projects exactly? <br />--hard water rights for the state <br />--match from the basin account <br />--why here?
