Possibilities include a pledge of revenues, the <br />project itself, real estate, water rights. <br />Pledge of uncommitted general fund revenues as approved by the voters of Park <br />County at an election to be held in November, 2008. <br />Center of Colorado is not a municipal, treated water provider so it does not receive <br />monthly revenues, user fees, tap fees, etc. .Center of Colorado recently <br />completed adjudication its augmentation plan and it expects to receive significant <br />revenues from its augmentation enterprise. As this operation is not yet a going <br />concern, however, only the general fund revenues are being pledged as the <br />repayment source. <br />6 <br />
