The <br />Bank of Colorado (previously The First Security Bank of Sterling) agreed to hold the above referenced <br />assignments for the term of the loan. CWCB is now requesting that you release these holdings to the <br />Company upon demand since the Company has met its obligations with CWCB. Attached for your <br />handling are copies of the two assignments marked "PAID IN FULL" denoting that the Company is in <br />compliance with the loan agreement. <br />Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
