Gimbel <br />CWCB Director <br />Dan McAuliffe <br />CWCB Deputy Director <br />This refers to the above referenced agreement between The Farmers Pawnee Canal Company <br />(Company) and the Colorado Water Conservation Board (CWCB), dated June 18, 1998, Loan Contract <br />No. C153825. The Company has met its obligations relative to this loan agreement and CWCB is <br />releasing the collateral and the loan documents. The following documents are attached for your review <br />and/or handling: <br />1. The original Promissory Note, dated, June 18, 1998, marked "PAID IN FULL;" <br />2. Certificate of Deposit No. 11357, in the amount of $2,675.37; <br />3. Assignment of Certificate of Deposit, marked "PAID IN FULL;" <br />4. Assignment of Deposit Account as Security, marked "PAID IN FULL;" <br />5. A copy of the letter to the Bank of Colorado, dated October 28, 2008, requesting the release <br />of the collateral to you; <br />6. The original Loan Contract, dated June 18, 1998, marked "PAID IN FULL;" <br />7. The original UCC-1 filed per the Security Agreement included as Appendix 5 to the original <br />agreement which has expired September 17, 2008; and <br />8.
