CWCB is now requesting that you release these <br />holdings to the Company upon demand since the Company has met its obligations with CWCB. Attached <br />for your handling are copies of the two assignments marked "PAID IN FULL" denoting that the <br />Company is in compliance with the loan agreement. <br />Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
