The Company has met its obligations relative to this loan agreement and CWCB is <br />releasing the collateral and the loan documents. The following documents are attached for your review <br />and/or handling: <br />1. The original Promissory Note, dated November 5, 1997. <br />2. Certificate of Deposit No. 4883 in the amount of $2,778.31. <br />3. Assignment of Certificate of Deposit marked "PAID IN FULL". <br />4. Assignment of Deposit Account as Security marked "PAID IN FULL". <br />5. A copy of the letter to Bank of the West, dated October 29, 2008, requesting the release of the <br />collateral to you. <br />6. The original Loan Contract, dated December 8, 1997, marked "PAID IN FULL". <br />7. The original UCC-1 filed January 15, 1998 per the Security Agreement (Appendix F of the <br />original Loan Contract) and the Colorado UCC Financing Statement filed September 17, 2003. <br />8.
