Also, the <br />Colorado Division of Wildlife needs to be added to the list of involved <br />agencies so that they do not get calls asking them if they are familiar with <br />the EIS. <br />. Eric asked Russ to clarify his roll at the COE to the Cooperators. Russ <br />explained that there are eight COE regions in the country and that <br />Colorado is part of the Northwest Region which now incorporates a total of <br />six states. His position is a liaison/coordination type roll for the Region <br />and he can get problems and issues on track to headquarters. He is also <br />on the integration team and will get feedback on when to schedule the <br />AFB, ITR etc. for Chatfield. Eric added that Russ is the liaison to get the <br />right people at the meetings when the Cooperators go to Washington DC. <br />.
