MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS <br />OF THE YAMPA-WHITE ROUNDTABLE <br />HELD IN RANGELY, APRIL 16, 2008 <br />Chairman, Tom Sharp called the meeting to order. The conditions on approval were to strengthen the quality versus supply <br />correlation to staff s satisfaction. <br />Eric Hecox reported that the IBCC Newsletter had a report on the Consumptive Water <br />Needs Assessment. The Assessment extends the timeline of SWSI to 2050. <br />Eric also reported that the Yampa-White Basin's SB-179 account balance currently <br />stands at $342,490. An additional $300,000 will be available to the basin on July 1, 2008. <br />The original four year timeline to spend the money was extended by one year. It is <br />anticipated that the fiends need to be allocated by March 2010. Remaining amounts at that <br />time will be made available to all basins.
