No deliverables yet. <br />PhreatophN to Sub-Committee: Bob Streeter: trying to get a basin-wide <br />proposal to cover salt seeter and Russian olive; need overall proposal <br />basin wide: 9 counties have weed supervisors-7 have been involved <br />since the beginning: Morgan and WA still lagging, but others involved: <br />`Basin wide plan":--copy for minutes; what is known of plants, what is <br />known as inwentorv, developed documentary-, noxious weeks going out <br />to all participants: conservation districts, weed district, anyone that <br />might be involved from beginning; trying to get some of fiends from the <br />beginning: meeting on Sept 29 here that NRCS will have here and in <br />lower river as well, info forthcoming, to bring in anyone interested to <br />help set priorities for NRCS dollars for phreatophyte control, 09 Farm <br />Bill for priorities: Boulder County has allocated for money to start; first <br />proposal to come in for overall plan: Missouri River of 6 states dealing <br />with Phreatophyte Control: funding for Bureau of Rec: NE people will <br />be writing the proposal: tnving to get this into Morgan Cty, Ducks <br />Unlimited helping, lots coming into for Platte Invasive plan: <br />Joe Frank: Is this a CWBC plan? <br />Bill Jerke: 50-50 match?
