<br />City of Fort Collins <br />The hydrologic and hydraulic analyses for the original study were performed by Ginery <br />Associates, Inc., for FEMA under contract No. H-4017. This work, which was completed <br />in October 1977, covered all significant flooding sources affecting the City of Fort Collins. <br /> <br />The hydrologic and hydraulic analyses for the Cache La Poudre River were reanalyzed by <br />the U.S. Department of the Army, Corps of Engineers (USACE), Omaha District. The data <br />was compiled by Simons, Li & Associates, Inc., for the Federal Emergency Management <br />Agency (FEMA), under Contract No. EMW-86-C-2262. The revised analyses were for the <br />reach of the Cache La Poudre River from Horsetooth Road upstream to the south end of <br />Watson Lake. This work was completed in May 1994. <br /> <br />The revised hydrologic and hydraulic analyses for the Cache La Poudre River from Wood <br />Street to Watson Lake were performed by Ayres Associates Inc. for Larimer County. This <br />work was completed in October 2005. <br /> <br />For the Cache La Poudre River - Interstate Highway 25 Divided Flow area, the hydrologic <br />analyses were performed by the USACE, Omaha District (Reference 38), and the hydraulic <br />analyses were performed by Simons, Li & Associates, Inc., under Contract No. EMW-86- <br />C-2262, for FEMA. This work was completed in August 1990. <br /> <br />The hydrologic and hydraulic analyses for Cooper Slough were performed by Love & <br />Associates, Inc., for FEMA, under the Limited Map Maintenance Program (LMMP), <br />Contract No. EMW-90-C313. This work was completed in November 1993. These <br />analyses are now superseded by the 2005 Boxelder Creek/Cooper Slough study prepared <br />by Anderson Consulting Engineers, Inc. <br /> <br />The hydraulic analysis for the Boxelder Creek Overflow Channel downstream of County <br />Road 50 (CR-50) was performed by the U.S. Department of the Interior, Bureau of <br />Reclamation (USBR), for FEMA, under Interagency Agreement No. EMW-88-E-2765. <br />The work was completed in February 1992. The hydrologic analyses were taken from a <br />Simons, Li & Associates, Inc., 1981 Master Drainage way Planning Study (Reference 9). <br />This analysis is now superseded by the 2005 Boxelder Creek/Cooper Slough study <br />prepared by Anderson Consulting Engineers, Inc. <br /> <br />The revised hydrologic and hydraulic analyses for Boxelder Creek/Cooper Slough <br />downstream of County Road 54 were performed by Anderson Consulting Engineers, Inc. <br />for the City of Fort Collins and Larimer County (Reference 75). This work was completed <br />in 2005. <br /> <br />The hydrologic and hydraulic analyses for Dry Creek were performed by Gingery <br />Associates, Inc., for the City of Fort Collins and Larimer County. This work was <br />completed in April 1980. <br /> <br />2 <br />
