The frequency in which the material shall be tested for compaction and moisture <br />content shall be at a minimum one test per day when fill is being placed. <br />The construction of this project must be performed under the purview of a professional engineer <br />registered in the State of Colorado. Attached with this letter is a copy of Rule 9.2 of the State of Colorado <br />Rules and Regulations for Dam safety and Construction (Rules and Regulations) concerning construction <br />observations, coordination, and documentation of construction activities required for this large size, High <br />Hazard dam. Please keep Mr. Paul Perri of our Denver office at (303) 866-3585 ext. 8274 informed of the <br />construction status so he may also meet his obligations under Rule 9.2. <br />Please submit "As-Constructed" mylar drawings, including the original certification sheet and one set <br />of blueline drawings, upon completion of construction. Final acceptance of the construction will be contingent <br />upon receipt and our acceptance of the "As-Constructed" drawings, as well as the other requirements of Rule 10 <br />(copy enclosed) of the Rules and Regulations If you have any questions concerning the filing of "As- <br />Constructed" drawings or any other completion document, please contact Mr. Perri. <br />We look forward to working with you on this construction project and to achieving a successful <br />completion of the proposed improvements to Windsor Dam. <br />Sincerely, <br />,Tack G.
