The Nvater activity meets the eligibility requirements outlined in Part 2 of the Criteria and Guidelines. <br />This water study is eligible in that it is an analysis of water <br />activities by industry that can potentially impact local ground <br />water and surface water supplies. The study also addresses local <br />ground water resources as a water supply for landowners within the <br />Sand Wash Basin. <br />Moffat County is an eligible government entity. <br />Studies or analysis of structural, nonstructural, consumptive, and <br />nonconsumptive water needs, projects, or activities <br />2.
