Water Supply Reserve Account - Grant Application Form <br />Fonn Revised May 2007 <br />Task 3 <br />Task 4 <br />• Description of task: Complete water engineering and water court filings <br />Method or procedure that will be used or followed to accomplish the task and identify who wvill undertake the <br />task: Ducks Unlimited and CCWCD will assist the landowner iii developing engineering and legal <br />docwnents required to complete water court filing to develop a new water right. <br />• Description of the major deliverables/products that will be produced upon successftil completion of the task: <br />¦ Complete engineernig details associated with the recharge plan. <br />¦ Copy of water court filings and substitute supply plan. <br />Description of task: Construct wetland impoundments via contour levees, and install water level control <br />structures. Contract construction components to eli gible parties. Provide construct* <br />ion management <br />oversight through to project completion. <br />• Method or procedure that will be used or followed to accomplish the task and identify who w-ill undertake the <br />task: Levee construction: Ducks Unlimited will oversee project delivers- through completion of the project. <br />Contractors will be selected through competitive bid processes as directed by federal guidelines. All permits <br />-aid clearances will be attained prior to construction. <br />• Description of the major deliverables/products that will be produced upon successful completion of the task: <br />Ducks Unlimited Nvill deliver a completed project capable of delivering 2,500 acft of recharge credits <br />annually. <br />II.
