Task I <br />• Description of task: Conduct prelirninarv investigations into feasibility- <br />• Method or procedure that will be used or followed to accomplish the task and identify who w-ill undertake the <br />task: Ducks Unlimited has contacted landowners, the state engineer, Orphan Wells of Wiggins and <br />CCWCD to determine interest and potential project feasibility-. Ducks Unlimited,,vill pursue agreements with <br />landowners to proceed with project. <br />• Description of the major deliverables/products that will be produced upon successful completion of the task: <br />¦ Core sample locations and reportwill be delivered <br />¦ A detailed prelinimaiv report of findings for water availability in the lower river <br />Task 2 <br />• Description of task: Conduct and complete a survey- and design <br />• Method or procedure that will be used or followed to accomplish the task and identifi- who will undertake the <br />task: Ducks Unlimited surveyors will conduct a survey of the impacted area, identified on the attached map. <br />A topographic survey will be developed using Trimble GPS technology. From the survey, maps will be <br />produced using AutoCAD 2007 which will illustrate the 6" or 12" contours of the micro topography. DUs <br />professional engineers will work with landowners, and the contracted professional water engineers to provide <br />a detailed design of wetland impoundments, water level control structures, and water deliver-- infrastructure. <br />including pipeline. <br />• Description of the major deliverables/products that will be produced upon successful completion of the task: <br />¦ Deliverables will include a detailed sulvev_ and design of the wetland project for the area <br />illustrated in the conceptual plan. <br />¦ Provide a detailed bid package including all plans and specifications, and quantities for <br />materials and equipment. <br />38
