Contract construction components to eligible parties. Provide construction management <br />oversight through to project completion. <br />• Method or procedure that will be used or followed to accomplish the task and identify who will undertake the <br />task: Levee construction: Ducks Unlimited will oversee project delivery through completion of the project. <br />Contractors will be selected through competitive bid processes as directed by federal guidelines.
