The water activity meets the eligibility requirements outlined in Part 2 of the Criteria and <br />Guidelines. <br />The USFS is an eli _ 1_? ble, government entitX that meets the following eligibility requirements in Part <br />2 of the Criteria and Guidelines: <br />1) the proposed water activity must be approved by a roundtable pursuant to Article 75 of Title <br />37, Colorado Revised Statutes (C.R.S.) and the approving roundtable shall be the roundtable for <br />the basin in which the proposed water diversion of nonstructural activity would occur, <br />STATUS= Project presentation to Colorado River Basin Roundtable on May 19, <br />2008; Approval to be determined <br />STATUS= Battlement Reservoir #3 is tributary to Battlement Creek, and <br />Battlement Creek is a tributary to the Colorado River, near the town of <br />Parachute in northwestern Colorado <br />2) the proposed water activity meets one of the eligibility requirements described as a structural <br />water project, and <br />3) the proposed water activity must be approved by the CWCB utilizing the criteria and <br />3
