The Hammond Springs water is low in
selenium, and the blending process reduces these levels to be in compliance with State Health
Department Regulations.
All of the existing springs are adjudicated in Case No. W-2939, and were awarded an absolute award
of 72 Gallons per Minute, and a conditional award of 78 Gallons per Minute. An application for
Finding of Diligence was filed on March 6, 2002, and continued until December, 2008 under Case
No. 02CW 24(W-2923).
7.
