Roundtable Membership <br />Michelle Pierce welcomed two new Roundtable members: Carey Denison, replacing Daris Jutten <br />for Ouray County; and Rachel Kullman, replacing Randy See for Montrose Municipalities. <br />7. Roundtable Membership <br />There were three applications for the two vacancies on the Roundtable. Both vacancies were At- <br />Largepositions, one being Agricultural. Three applicants were applying for those two positions; <br />Gary Hausler, Tom Shea and George Sibley. All three applicants introduced themselves. Voting <br />was allowed by GBRT members appointed by statute only. Steve Shea was voted in as the <br />Agricultural At-Large member. Gary Hausler then withdrew his application, and George Sibley <br />became an At-Large member. <br />Ralph Grover announced that there would be a meeting of the Projects Selection Committee that <br />month, as there would be one application. He stated that the committee needed a replacement to <br />fill the vacancy left by Pete Kasper, as well as someone to relieve Dick Margetts who had <br />requested to be removed from the committee. New member Rachel Kullman was appointed to <br />replace Dick on the committee and Tom Alvey volunteered to fill the vacancy. <br />8. Roundtable Quorum/Voting Requirements <br />The Roundtable members discussed possible revisions to the quorum/voting requirements of the <br />Roundtable.
