Please review the letter with your <br />Board. If you find the terms agreeable, please sign both copies and keep one for your records. <br />Return the original to the District. When we have a signed copy of acceptance, we will include the <br />work in our fall work schedule. <br /> <br />Keep us advised of the contacts for the lateral and the progress of your project so that we <br />can coordinate our joint efforts. <br /> <br />If you have any questions, please contact the District's office and speak with John or <br />myself.
