<br />e. To make and enforce all reasonable rules and regulations for the <br />management, control, delivery, use, and distribution of water, and to take such other <br />actions as authorized by statute in accordance with C. RS. 9 37-45-134. <br /> <br />Section 5. Office. <br /> <br />a. Business Office. The principal business office of District shall be at <br />415 San Juan Avenue, Alamosa, Colorado, unless otherwise designated by the Board. <br /> <br />b. Establishino Other Offices and Relocation. The Board, by <br />resolution, may from time to time, designate, locate and relocate its executive and <br />business office and such other offices as, in its judgment, are necessary to conduct the <br />business of District. <br /> <br />Section 6. Meetinos. All meetings will be governed by the terms of the <br />Colorado Open Meetings Law, C.R.S. 9 24-Q-401, ef seq. If any portion of these bylaws <br />conflicts with the statutory requirements, the statutory requirements will take precedent. <br /> <br />a. Reoular Meetinos. Regular meetings of the Board shall be held on <br />the third Thursday of each month at the offices of the Colorado Potato Administrative <br />Committee, 1305 Park Avenue, Monte Vista, Colorado 81144, at 1 :30 PM, unless <br />otherwise noticed and posted. <br /> <br />b. Meetino Public. All meetings of the Board, other than executive <br />sessions, shall be open to the public. <br /> <br />c. Notice of Reoular Meetinos. Notice of regular meetings will be <br />posted at the public message board located in the offices of the District no less than 24 <br />hours before the meeting is scheduled to start. Directors shall be notified of each Board <br />Meeting by the District Manager no less than four (4) days before the scheduled <br />meeting unless extenuating circumstances preclude such action. Such notice can be <br />made via regular mail, email, facsimile, telephone, or other means, in addition to the <br />public notice required in this Part 6.c. <br /> <br />d. Special MeetinQs. Special meetings of the Board may be called <br />upon twenty-four (24) hours written notice, which shall be posted on the public message <br />board at the District's Offices. The District Manager may also notify the members of the <br />Board via email, facsimile, telephone, or other means, in addition to the public notice <br />required in this Part 6.d. <br /> <br />e. No Informal Action by Directors/Executive Sessions. All official <br />business of the Board shall be conducted at properly-noticed regular or special <br />meetings.
