Sept 23 <br />is final date for and- ne~y legislation to be proposed. <br />Bill Jerlce: Would it be appropriate for an~T testimony for possible <br />legislation? <br />Dianne: Yes, there is al«avs an open comment period; at Vail meeting <br />they are anticipating having testilnon~- on ne~y technology ;thus, CO <br />Water Congress would be a good time to make aii open comment. <br />Bill: Formal request to Eric Hecox to keep us in mind for the agenda of <br />the Water Congress. <br />Don Ament: June 18 at Capital «as last interim meeting; bulls of this <br />meeting ~~ as spent on Senator Romei's proposal for cistei7i collection of <br />water; this has not gone a«a~-. Also, produced eater took focus in this <br />meeting. These t~yo issues ~tiill not go a«-ay. Good to keep them in the <br />radar. <br />Bert Weaver: What was the preponderance of testimony- on "roof top" <br />~yater? <br />Don Ament: Ever~-one interested in this: so many thitilc that ``roof-top" <br />~yater makes sense: perhaps, as a developer with no ~~-ater this could he a <br />good idea. <br />Bill Jerlce: The South Platte Tour ryas an excellent tour; Harold Evans <br />spoke eloquently- and ryas able to give background of Greeley- «%ater <br />system, present and future; dramatically- excellent presentation. <br />Also, Jerlce mentions that he ryas able to speak ~yith Gayle Sch~yartz <br />fi-om Aspen and illustrate ho~y things ~york iii Weld Count-. <br />
