The UPRR and the Colorado Department of Transportation jointly own these <br />facilities. Both these agencies should be approached about the potential to contribute to <br />the identified improvements. While they may not be willing to offer financial assistance, <br />as a minimum, they should be asked to offer right of way and other support to address <br />flooding problems to which they are major contributors. <br /> <br />5.4 Phase 3 Direction <br /> <br />Phase 3 of the Bosley Wash Drainage Master Plan will include the preliminary design of <br />the facilities selected by the County, the GJDD, CWCB, and the citizens of the Bosley <br />Wash "Vatershed. In order to proceed with this effort, the project, sponsors ffiHst prc'lide <br />direction.
