Conclusion The accomplishments and recommendations of the Project Advisory Committee has substantially modified the "Outline for the revision of the CWCB Rules and Regulations for the designation and approval of 100-year Floodplains" as presented to the CWCB at its July 20-21, 2004 Board Meeting.
