There were early difficulties in <br />understanding and reconciling various water production records at the watertreatment <br />plant with utility billing consumption records. Some errors were found and corrected in <br />the records. We continue to try to identifying all of the unaccounted for water losses. <br />An informal council study session was held in June to get some input on the council's <br />desires for additional conservation programs. That information will be included in the <br />proposed conservation measures matrix and those measures are currently being <br />evaluated. <br />Modifications to Original Scope <br />Ms. Beorn Courtney of Leonard Rice Engineers, Inc. left the company last spring; her <br />work on the project is being taken over by Ms. Katie Fendel (included in the original <br />scope) and Ms. Logan Burba (new to project). The completion date has been moved <br />forward to September 30,2008. The final draft will be submitted to the CWCB after the <br />completion of the council approval process. <br />
