The University has been funded several times by the National <br />Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration of the U.S. for research in climate responsive water <br />management, from which this research prof ect is derived. At the University of Colorado, there is <br />a great deal of research related to climate and climate information applications, including <br />collaborations with NOAA installations and j oint institutes, and the National Center for <br />Atmospheric Research (NCAR). The work on which this is based reflects cooperation with <br />C.S.U., but has been conducted at U. of CO. and NCAR because of fit with NOAA programs. <br />1 <br />
