Alternative Agricultural Water Transfer Methods -Grant Application Form

<br />Task E wiil be analyzed by an experienced Colorado antitrust attorney. Several qualifed
<br />individuals have been identified, but the Lower District has not selected the particular attorney it
<br />wishes to use for this task.
<br />Task F will be conducted by Colorado State University's Arkansas Valley Research
<br />Center under the direction of Dr. Bartolo, Dr. Berrada and Jeffrey Tranel.
<br />~p#ional Task G will be prepared by Peter Nichols, Trout, Raley, Montano, Witwer &
<br />Freeman, P.C., who has managed the various studies reiated to water leasing and the Super
<br />Ditch Company. He will be assisted by other attorneys at the firm who have worked on various
<br />aspects of the concept.
