If the majority of key personnel are from a local <br />(Colorado based) office, the bidder must state relevant experience for this office and <br />staff to projects of this scope. <br />The bidder shall include in Appendix A the two references each that are relevant to this <br />type of bid for key personnel. <br />The bidder will provide its change of scope procedures in an Appendix C. <br />The proposal shall be single spaced in 12-font type. <br />For all submittals the bidder shall provide eight bound hard copies and 2 CD ROMs in <br />Microsoft Word format. <br />10 Terms <br />While the Proposers are government entities and funding will be using State funds, the <br />District does not administer its contracts under U.S. Government or State of Colorado <br />procurement rules. For purposes of this bid, the bidder should treat this bid as a <br />commercial bid. <br />Insurance: The bidder shall provide with the technical proposal the name(s) of its <br />insurer(s), type of insurances, coverage, and any special terms and <br />conditions. At award the successful bidder shall provide copies of its <br />insurance certificates. <br />Payment: Payment shall be based upon monthly invoicing. Final payment shall be <br />after acceptance of the reports and constitute at least 10% of the total <br />contracted price. <br />Contract: The contract will be fixed price not to exceed. <br />Auditing: The County shall have access to the bidder's records (technical, <br />administrative and financial) for purposes of auditing records associated <br />with this feasibility study. It shall be at the County's discretion to <br />determine if an audit is necessary.
