The parties also acknowledge that in order for Genesee to store wa~er in any of these
reservoirs, Genesee must comport with the conditions included in the decree~' for Case Nos. W-
704 9, W-7050, and 94C WI50', including b.Y. example, but not. limited t.o the'.ollowing condition:
the annual volume of water taken under Priority Nos. 11 and 15 shall be.limi ed to 125 . acre-feet,
and the period of diversion of Genesee's share of Priorities Nos. II and 15 s all be limited to the

period May 15 through October 31 of each year. I

3. The CWCB and Genesee agree that Genesee may store all' or ~ portion of theJ25
acre-feet in any of the conditional reservoirs decreed in Case Nos.W-227~W155,\V1516, W1557,
90CW194 and.9ICWI12. However~ in.orper to store the.125acre..feetinanyoftheseconditional
reservoirs, Genesee must comply with the conditions of the corresponding decr es.
