140.2 An updated TSTooI application, with updated documentation, enhanced to provide
increased performance and ease of use, consistent with the StateDMI application.
140.3 An updated TSTooI application, with updated documentation, enhanced to provide an
integrated map interface, which will allow time series stations to be selected on the map, time
series to be selected based on stations selected on the map, and implementation of a summary
map layer, similar to the StateMod GUI.
140.4 An updated TSTooI application, with updated documentation, enhanced to provide
features to process diversion and streamflow time series for import into a MODFLOW data
set.
Task 141-SPDSS StateDMI Enhancements for StateCU
Objective:
Enhance StateDMI to accommodate changes in the HydroBase design and StateCU modeling
environment.
Background:
StateDMI currently handles many DMI activities associated with the consumptive use model. In
Tasks 137-139 StateDMI will be updated to include Makenet, Watright, and DemandTS
functionality in an integrated fashion while adding graphical editor dialogs for commands and
implementing a model network interface. Tasks 137-139 focus primarily on transferring
functionality from the separate DMI programs into StateDMI.
It is expected that a number of enhancements to StateDMI will be required in order to be
consistent with enhancements expected to be performed by the Consumptive Use consultant to
StateCU, as described in Task 140.1.
StateDMI enhancements potentially required to handle water administration issues that are
unique to the South Platte as described in the comment section of Task 138 are expected to be
performed under a separate scope of work in a subsequent phase.
Approach:
140.1 Update StateDMI Features for StateCU. It is expected that a number of enhancements
to StateDMI will be required as SPDSS data are collected for StateCU modeling efforts.
Changes to StateDMI will be discussed with the State and implemented within the budget as
needed. Expected enhancements include:
^ modifying commands related to newer files related to variable efficiency (*.tsp, *.par)
^ adding commands to specify consumptive use locations other than structures (e.g.,
county, climate station)
