109.1 RTi, in conjunction with the State's HydroBase DBA, will prepare a memorandum
describing the current and proposed HydroBase design for real-time data. RTi will use the
resulting approved HydroBase design and resulting stored procedures to update low-level
code used to query time series data, which will be available for StateView/CWRAT and
other CDSS applications to query data. The HydroBase DBA is expected to make design
changes to HydroBase, provide necessary stored procedures, populate data as necessary, and
provide RTi with an updated database for development and testing.
109.2 An updated StateView/CWRAT with documentation that implements a new time series
plot tool that is consistent with other CDSS applications, including TSTooI and the StateMod
GUI.
109.3 An updated StateView/CWRAT with documentation that includes access to real-time time
series data in the stations view, for all data types that are collected by the State and stored in
HydroBase.
109.4 An updated StateView/CWRAT with documentation that includes access to real-time time
series data in the structures view, for all data types that are collected by the State and stored
in HydroBase.
109.5 An updated StateView/CWRAT with documentation that allows stations to be selected on
the map for specific data types (e.g., real-time streamflow stations), for the spatial data layers
that are available for specific station data types.
109.6 An updated StateView/CWRAT with documentation that displays a map layer showing the
latest available real-time streamflow values.
109.7 An updated StateView/CWRAT with documentation that includes a graph type for real-
time data, which will show statistics (e.g., max, min, average) for the corresponding
historical data.
Task 127 -Match Well Permits with Decrees
Objective:
To match well permits with decrees for the SPDSS study area (Division 1 and Water District 47
in Division 6) in order to obtain a unique list of wells with capacity greater than or equal to 50
gpm.
Background:
Wells in Colorado are identified with well permits and/or water right decrees. Traditionally,
wells (especially smaller wells) may not have been decreed, in which case only a permit is
available. HydroBase includes data for both well permits and decrees, but the relationship
between the data is not included in the original data (decreed wells are assigned a WDID and
permitted wells have a permit number; however, a decree may or may not contain a comment
