l U ~ 1
i1 /
• How can software functionality be transitioned from the previous
HydroBase design to the ne;w design in order to minimize impacts on
users?
After the evaluation, RTi will provide feedback to the State in the form of a
memorandum, in order to indicate :potential issues that may arise when trying to
develop software to display and use the data. RTi and the State of Colorado DBA
and CDSS management team will resolve issues as much as possible before major
software development occurs.
128.2 Enhance Groundwater Displays. RTi will design and implement changes to
StateView/CWRAT, in order to provide basic displays of groundwater-related
data. This effort will also result in updated low-level code to query groundwater-
related data from HydroBase.
128.3 Enhance Other Displays. RTi wall enhance other StateView data displays
needed because of changes to HydroBase or changes to the standards for CDSS
software.
128.4 Documentation and Software Release. Provide updated software and
documentation for StateView.
Deliverables:
128.1 Memorandum summarizing issues related to the current storage of groundwater-
related data in HydroBase, which may impact software development.
128.2 Updated StateView/CWRAT softwaxe groundwater data displays.
128.3 Updated StateView/CWRAT softwaxe displays for data other than groundwater.
128.4 Updated StateView/CWRAT softwaxe and documentation.
