l
order to understand the existing logic. After initial review, a recommended
approach will be provided to the State and, after agreement is reached,
development will occur.
140.2 Enhancements for Climate Data Filling. Add a TSTooI command to compute
monthly average temperature valuc;s and total precipitation values from daily
values by allowing a certain percentage (or number) of the daily values to be
missing.
140.3 Enhancements for Frost Dates Filling. Add a TSTooI command to compute
annual frost dates values from daily minimum temperature data by allowing a
certain percentage (or number) of t:he daily values to be missing.
140.4 Implement Point Graph. Implement a point graph type, in which point symbols
are defaulted, to allow more rapid ;graphing of infrequent data, such as reservoir
and well measurements, and agricultural statistics.
140.5 Add additional support for Rives°ware file formats, in order to facilitate
processing of Riverware input acid output. The USBR uses Riverware to
model several rivers within or outside Colorado. In some cases, the State is
supplying input to Riverware modeling efforts and in other cases the State needs
to process Riverware output. The 1Following activities will occur:
^ Implement daily and monthly Riverware time series file formats. Riverware
features were previously added to TSTooI to process hourly data but minor
adjustments are needed to fully support daily and monthly time steps.
140.6 Additional Enhancements. Addi~:ional TSTooI updates/enhancements will be
made in order to facilitate the handling of new data sets and standards created by
other aspects of SPDSS. Examples include but are not limited to enhancing water
levels, geophysical data and pumping test data.
140.7 Documentation and Software Release. Update the software documentation and
issue a software release to the State; of Colorado and CDSS contractors. One or
more updates may be made depending on implementation schedule.
Deliverables:
140.1 Memorandum with recommendations for implementing the mixed stations model
features in TSTooI, and resulting updated 'I'STool software.
140.2 Updated TSTooI software, with enh;~nced climate data filling commands.
140.3 Updated TSTooI software, with enhanced frost dates filling commands.
140.4 Updated TSTooI software, with point graph feature.
140.5 Updated TSTooI software, with Riverware enhancements.
140.6 Updated TSTooI software, with additional enhancements.
140.7 Updated TSTooI software and documentation.
10
