Soutlh Platte Decision Support System -
Project Management Assistance and User Involvement Component
Introduction
Following is .the Scope of WoY•k for the Project Management Assistance and User Involvement
components of the South Platte Decision Support System (SPDSS) for`,fiscal year 2005. 'The objectives
of the Project Management Assistance and User Involvement Components for the SPDSS are as follows:
1. To provide technical support in reviewing work products.
2. To provide assistance ins keeping the User Group, Technical Peer Review Committees,
and Core Advisory Committee involved in the development of SPDSS data sets, tools,
and models.
3. To assist the State in puiblishing a newsletter and other communication documents
concerning the SPDSS, including assisting the State in their redesign of the CDSS
webpage.

Task 159 -Create and maintain database of contacts o1' users, advisory committee members, and
technical user groups
Approach:
159.1 Develop and maintain database of contacts for Usei• Group, Technical Peer Review Committees,
and Core Advisory Comnuttee members in MS-Excel format. The User Group, Core Advisory
Committee, and' Groundwater Technical Peer Review Committee databases were developed
during previous years. Technical Peer Review Conunittees for Consumptive.Use/Water Budget,
Surface Water, System Integration, and GIS will be developed in fiscal year 2005.
The database will contain contact information, including addresses, telephone numbers, and
email addresses for the mf;mbers of the different groups (i.e. User Group, Technical Peer Review
Committees; or Core Advisory Committee) as well as information regarding attendance at group
meetings (i.e. dates, times locations and attendance). This will provide documentation of
Technical Peer Review a.nd Core Advisory Committee members' participation in the various
meetings throughout SPDSS development.
159.2 Update contacts database every 6 months.
