EXHIBIT C <br />Certification <br />South Platte Decision Support System -Groundwater Component <br />September 9, 2002 <br />I hereby certify: <br />a. That I am a Vice President and duly authorized representative of the firm <br />of Camp Dresser & McKee Inc.; and <br />b. That the wage rates and other factual unit costs supporting the compensation to be <br />paid by the State for these professional services are accurate, complete, and <br />current; and <br />c. That I understand the original contract price and any additions shall be adjusted to <br />exclude any significant sums by which the State determines the contract price had <br />been increased due to inaccurate, incomplete, or non-current wage rates and other <br />factual unit costs; and <br />d.
