• <br />Task 51.3 SPDSS Progress Meetings <br />The Groundwater Contractor will prepare for and attend up to 16 monthly SPDSS Progress <br />Meetings with the State. Each meeting is expected to consist of a three-hour meeting held at <br />the Groundwater Contractor's office in Denver and include discussion of progress, budget, <br />schedule and activities expected to occur in the next month. <br />Task 51.4 SPDSS Coordination Meetings <br />The Groundwater Contractor will prepare for and attend up to four SPDSS Coordination <br />Meetings with the State, the other SPDSS contractors and other parties as determined by the <br />State. These will consist of half-day meetings to report on progress, discuss coordination of <br />activities, and other topics determined by the State in advance of the meetings. Two <br />additional half-day meetings will occur with the Consumptive Use contractor to discuss <br />pumping estimates undertaken in Phase 3 Task 41. <br />Task 51.5 Peer Review Committee Modeling Workshops <br />• Four half-day meetings will beheld with the State and the Peer Review Committee to present <br />progress reports on the alluvial groundwater modeling being conducted under Task 48. It is <br />anticipated that modeling workshops will be on (1) model stress inputs and calibration targets, <br />(2) calibration results, (3} URF results and comparison to SDF values, and (4) final modeling <br />results. The Groundwater Contractor will prepare handouts and other appropriate visual aids <br />for the meetings and will prepare meeting minutes and responses to written comments from <br />meeting participants, but the Contractor will not be involved in setting up the meetings. <br />SPDSS_Phase4_gw_SOW_09-15-06.doc 25 <br />
